Our group aims to offer members a varied programme of interesting events and activities, with opportunities to enjoy new experiences. We are an interactive group, and welcome suggestions from members for additions to our programme.

Upcoming activities

Wednesday 14th October 2026 - Visit to Bangor Castle

We will have a guided tour of the Castle, followed by coffee and informal chat with the Mayor. Our Acting Chair has kindly agreed to greet the Mayor, and propose a vote of thanks on our behalf.

Friday 30th October 2026 - Scarecrow Tour of the Walled Garden at Hillsborough Castle

To encourage as many members as possible to enjoy Allsorts' activities, we have organised an easy walk in the Walled Garden. Priority will be given to members with limited mobility, who cannot manage a more extensive walk in the grounds.

Friday 20th November 2026 - "Ashes To Fashion" Exhibition at the Ulster Museum

The exhibition is temporarily closed, but it is planned to reopen it again this month. We have arranged with the curator to give us a guided tour, followed by free time for members to enjoy the exhibition at their leisure.
